Blue Stream Real Estate was founded in 2001 by David Spertner, a long time Boston area real estate veteran and resident of the community. Blue Streams' goal is to serve both the residential and commercial community in and around the Boston area.

David was first licensed in 1988 as a licensed real estate salesperson. Throughout his 16-year career, he has been active in sales, rentals, property management, condominium conversions and renovations. David has worked previously for four successful real estate firms in the Boston area, gaining practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Boston market. His passion for real estate and his business drive have motivated him to create a company of his own, Blue Stream Real Estate.

Jonathan Blacker [email] - Senior Commercial Broker
Jonathan Blacker is the head of the Blue Stream Commercial Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Blue Stream, Mr. Blacker was with Summit Real Estate Advisors and was actively involved in Tenant representation focusing primarily on the retail and office user in the Downtown Boston and Greater Boston Metropolitan markets. Mr. Blacker has also been a partner and founder of several retail food service concepts and has negotiated on his own behalf numerous leases with major national real estate firms. He was a practicing attorney for many years having received his J.D. degree in 1975 with an area of concentration in real estate related law. His own experiences as well as expertise and education allows him to bring to the table a unique vantage point which will facilitate for the client, the user or space provider, the most favorable business and economic terms.

Karolina Olejnik [email] - Sales Associate
Karolina Olejnik was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. Moved to Boston four years ago and has since made it her home. Prior to joining the Blue Stream Real Estate team, Karolina came a long way from being an extraordinary Nanny to a successful business owner. Now Karolina will use her skills to become a star in the real estate industry. She is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. Karolina loves to travel and experience new cultures, she also enjoys playing tennis and skiing.

Sarah Baker-Siroty [email] - Sales Associate
Sarah Baker-Siroty, a Newton native earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology and American Indian Studies from the University of Wisconsin, at Madison. While at Wisconsin, Sarah worked various sales jobs, was a member of the Wisconsin Alumni Student Board (WASB), and played collegiate women’s lacrosse. She continues to make time as a Bedford High School lacrosse coach even with her busy real estate career. Sarah studied at the American Real Estate Academy. She is also a Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) and is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. Sarah is a notary public and will represent you enthusiastically and professionally in all of your real estate needs.
